Ingredients
  • Boiled Egg - 4 pcs
  • Boiled Potato - 3 pcs
  • Capsicum - 1 pc 
  • Onion - 1 pc
  • Corn Flour - 3-4 tsp
  • Water - 1-4 cup
  • Bread Crumbs  - 2 cups
  • Plane Salt - 1-2 tsp
  • Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
  • Amchur Powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Green Chilies - 1-2 pc
  • Oil - 5-10 tsp
Method

Step - 1
  • Boil 4 Eggs and peel it up.










Step - 2
  • Boil 3 Potatoes and peel it up.










Step - 3
  • Take 1 Chopped Onion

















Step - 4
  • Take a bowl, mash the potatoes and mix chopped onions in it.
  • Add Coriander Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Salt as per taste, Amchur Powder, Garam Masala, and Green Chilies.
  • Mix it well













Step - 5
  • Take the Boiled Egg and coat it with the potato mixture as shown in the image.











Step - 6
  • Take a bowl and add 3-4 tsp Corn Flour and add water and make a smooth paste.











Step - 7
  • Take a bowl and add bread crumbs to it.
  • Take the Egg Devil to dip it in cornflour and then transfer it in the breadcrumbs bowl and coat it with breadcrumbs.










Step - 8
  • Take a Frying pan and add oil to it for deep frying.
  • Heat it and add Egg Devil for frying.
  • Fry it till it becomes crisp and the colour changes to brown.

Rava Toast Recipe



  • Preparation Time-30 min
  • Serving - 4

Ingredients

  • Suji - 1 Cup
  • Curd - 1/2 Cup
  • Capsicum - 1 pc 
  • Tomato- 1 pc
  • Onion - 1 pc
  • Ajwain -  1/2 tsp
  • Plane Salt - 1-2 tsp
  • Black Pepper Powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Green Chilies - 1-2 pc
  • Oil - 5-10 tsp

Method

Step - 1
  • Take 1 Cup Suji
  • 1/2 Cup Dahi/Curd
  • Onion Chopped
  • Tomato Chopped
  • Capsicum Chopped


Step - 2
  • Take a Bowl 
  • Add Suji and Curd

Step - 3
  • Mix It Well and Some Water to make a Smooth Consistency.
  • Keep it a little thick.
  • It should not be of flowing consistency.

Step - 4

Add Tomato, Onion, and Capsicum to the Batter and mix it well.


Step - 5
  • Add all the spices in the mixture and mix it.

Step - 6
  • Take Bread and spread some tomato sauce and spread the batter on the bread.

Step - 7
  • Take a Frying Pan. Heat it.
  • Add 1 tsp oil, spread the oil, heat it.
  • Keep the bread in the frying pan for making Toast.
  • If one is done then add 1 tsp oil and flip it.


Step - 8
  • Add Some Chaat Masal and eat it.


Crispy Bhindi Fry



  • Preparation Time-30 min
  • Serving - 3

Ingredients

  • Ladies Finger/ Bhindi- 250 gms
  • Gram Flour/ Besan - 2 tsp
  • Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
  • Amchur Powder -  1/2 tsp
  • Plane Salt - 1tsp
  • Chaat Masala - 1-2 tsp as per taste
  • Oil - For Deep Fry

Method

Step - 1

  • Wash the Ladies Finger Nicely.
  • Cut into Small Pieces as shown in the below image.


Step - 2

  • Put the chopped Bindi in a bowl.
  • Add Coriander Powder, Amchur Powder, Red Chilli Powder, and Besan.
  • Mix all the masala with the bindi so that it gets coated.
  • Mix Salt as per taste.


Step - 3
  • Take a Frying Pan.
  • Add Enough Oil for deep frying.
  • Heat The Oil. 
  • Add  Bhindi to Pan for frying.

  • Fry Till It Becomes Crisp. 
  • Fry all the Coated Bhindi
 



Delicious Chana Chaat Masala



  • Preparation Time-10-15 min
  • Serving - 4

Ingredients

  • Black Chana - 2 cups
  • Tomato - 2
  • Onion - 1
  • Cucumber - 1
  • Black Salt - 1tsp
  • Plane Salt - 1tsp
  • Black Pepper - 1tsp
  • Chaat Masala - 1-2 tsp as per taste
  • Lemon Juice - 1 pcs

Method

Step - 1

  • Take 2 cups Black Chana ( Kala Chana).
  • Soak the whole night in water.
  • Next-Day Boil it.

Step-2

  • Chop the Onion, Tomato, and Cucumber into very Small Pieces.

Step -3

  • Take Black Salt, Normal Salt, Black Pepper, Chaat Masala.

Step - 4

  • Take the boiled Kala Chana in a boil.
  • Add Onion, Tomato, and Cucumber one by one.
  • Then add Black Pepper, Black Salt, Normal Salt, and Chaat Masala.
  • Now Mix It Well.
  • In the end add Lemon juice.



Dhaba Style Egg Curry Recipe | Egg Curry




Preparation Time-25-30 min
Serving - 4
Ingredients:
  • Egg - 4 pcs
  • Mustard oil For frying egg
  • Onion - 2 medium size
  • Tomato - 2 medium size
  • Ginger - 1 inch
  • Green Chilli -1(large)
  • Red Chilli Powder - 2 tsp
  • Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
  • Jeera Powder - 1 tsp
  • Amchur Powder - 1 tsp
  • Turmeric Powder - 1-2 tsp
  • Hing - 1-2 pinch
  • Cumin Seeds - 1/2 tsp
  • Cooking Oil - 2-3 tsp
  • Salt to taste
For Garish: Fresh Coriander Leaves- Chopped

Method:
  • Take 4 Eggs, Boil it.
  • Give a Small Cut on the Boiled Eggs body.

  • Mix Haldi,Red Chilli and Salt. Mix It Well with the eggs.

  • Now Fry it Well till the outer layer of the eggs gets brownish in colour.
  • Now cut the onion and ginger.
  • Make a smooth paste of ginger, garlic and coriander leaves.
  • Grind the Tomato.
  • Take Coriander Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Jeera Powder, Haldi Powder and Aamchur Powder In a bowl.

  • Pour a little water and mix all the masala and keep it for 5 mins.
  •  Now a Frying Pan / Kadhai 
  • Pour 2-3 tsp oil, heat it.
  • Put 1/2tsp jeera, put some Haldi, mix it and add the onion and ginger paste and fry it.
  • After 3 mins add tomato paste and mix it well. 
  • Keep it till it gets dry.
  • Then add the masala paste and mix it.
  • Add water for making gravy.
  • Boil it well for 2-3 mins, then add all the eggs one by one.

  • Cook It for 2 mins
  • Garnish with Coriander leaves, ready to serve.
