Ingredients
- Ladies Finger/ Bhindi- 250 gms
- Gram Flour/ Besan - 2 tsp
- Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp
- Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
- Amchur Powder - 1/2 tsp
- Plane Salt - 1tsp
- Chaat Masala - 1-2 tsp as per taste
- Oil - For Deep Fry
Method
Step - 1
- Wash the Ladies Finger Nicely.
- Cut into Small Pieces as shown in the below image.
- Put the chopped Bindi in a bowl.
- Add Coriander Powder, Amchur Powder, Red Chilli Powder, and Besan.
- Mix all the masala with the bindi so that it gets coated.
Step - 3
- Take a Frying Pan.
- Add Enough Oil for deep frying.
- Here the tasty Crispy Bhindi Fry / Kurkuri Bhindi Fry is ready to eat.
