Ingredients:
- Egg - 4 pcs
- Mustard oil For frying egg
- Onion - 2 medium size
- Tomato - 2 medium size
- Ginger - 1 inch
- Green Chilli -1(large)
- Red Chilli Powder - 2 tsp
- Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
- Jeera Powder - 1 tsp
- Amchur Powder - 1 tsp
- Turmeric Powder - 1-2 tsp
- Hing - 1-2 pinch
- Cumin Seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Cooking Oil - 2-3 tsp
- Salt to taste
For Garish:
Fresh Coriander Leaves- Chopped
Method:
- Now Fry it Well till the outer layer of the eggs gets brownish in colour.
- Now cut the onion and ginger.
- Grind the Tomato.
- Take Coriander Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Jeera Powder, Haldi Powder and Aamchur Powder In a bowl.
- Pour a little water and mix all the masala and keep it for 5 mins.
- Now a Frying Pan / Kadhai
- Pour 2-3 tsp oil, heat it.
- Put 1/2tsp jeera, put some Haldi, mix it and add the onion and ginger paste and fry it.
- After 3 mins add tomato paste and mix it well.
- Keep it till it gets dry.
- Then add the masala paste and mix it.
- Add water for making gravy.
- Boil it well for 2-3 mins, then add all the eggs one by one.

- Cook It for 2 mins
- Garnish with Coriander leaves, ready to serve.
