Ingredients
- Boiled Egg - 4 pcs
- Boiled Potato - 3 pcs
- Capsicum - 1 pc
- Onion - 1 pc
- Corn Flour - 3-4 tsp
- Water - 1-4 cup
- Bread Crumbs - 2 cups
- Plane Salt - 1-2 tsp
- Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
- Amchur Powder - 1/2 tsp
- Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp
- Green Chilies - 1-2 pc
- Oil - 5-10 tsp
Method
Step - 1
- Boil 4 Eggs and peel it up.

- Take 1 Chopped Onion

- Take a bowl, mash the potatoes and mix chopped onions in it.
- Add Coriander Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Salt as per taste, Amchur Powder, Garam Masala, and Green Chilies.
- Mix it well

- Take a bowl and add 3-4 tsp Corn Flour and add water and make a smooth paste.

- Take a bowl and add bread crumbs to it.
- Take the Egg Devil to dip it in cornflour and then transfer it in the breadcrumbs bowl and coat it with breadcrumbs.
Step - 8
- Take a Frying pan and add oil to it for deep frying.
- Heat it and add Egg Devil for frying.
- Fry it till it becomes crisp and the colour changes to brown.

- Here Our Egg Devil is ready to eat.
