- Black Chana - 2 cups
- Tomato - 2

- Cucumber - 1
- Black Salt - 1tsp
- Plane Salt - 1tsp
- Black Pepper - 1tsp
- Chaat Masala - 1-2 tsp as per taste
- Lemon Juice - 1 pcs
Method
Step - 1
- Take 2 cups Black Chana ( Kala Chana).
- Soak the whole night in water.
- Next-Day Boil it.
Step-2
- Chop the Onion, Tomato, and Cucumber into very Small Pieces.
Step -3
- Take Black Salt, Normal Salt, Black Pepper, Chaat Masala.
Step - 4
- Take the boiled Kala Chana in a boil.
- Add Onion, Tomato, and Cucumber one by one.
- Then add Black Pepper, Black Salt, Normal Salt, and Chaat Masala.
- Now Mix It Well.
- In the end add Lemon juice.
- Here the Chana Chaat Masala Ready to eat.
